Stone Paving Direct Ltd - paving slabs

I used Stone Paving Direct for our latest garden project which required 30sqm of porcelain tiles. They had some great discounts on and the staff were so helpful in helping me place my order and splitting pallets. They also delivered within 3 days. We ordered the Porcelain Anthracite Black tiles 900x600 which look amazing in our garden and even the guy laying the slabs said how good they were, especially when cutting them. Great company, will use again and highly recommend to anyone.

I would like to thank Stone Paving Direct for their support and rapid help to rectify the order I made with them.I ordered two crates of black limestone slabs, the delivery was very quick and the delivery driver was excellent. He saw me struggling to open the top of the grates to check the slabs and came to helped me. The first crate was perfect, no damage. Unfortunately the second grate we opened had at least 4/5 slabs broken in it. The next day after removing the slabs from the grate I discovered many more slabs broken, smashed in the middle and totally unusable, even for off cuts.I contacted the company and sent photos to them. Jay was lovely and very helpful. We agreed on a refund for the damaged slabs, which I was happy about.I realise it's not the companies fault, slabs like these are imported into our country, with a huge amount of transportation. The damage could have happen anywhere.Stone Paving Direct where excellent about the problem. I would certainly recommend this company. The quality of the stone and the price is very good indeed.I hope this review will help others.

Helpful efficient good value paving slabs store. Stone Paving Direct provided the sandstone for my garden and I found them to be extremely helpful and efficient in responding to my queries. Delivery was made within a few days and no breakages even though it was nearly Christmas. Overall I was very impressed and would thoroughly recommend them.

900 x 600 black slabs are stunning.My garden look amazing now.The only reason I gave a 3 was because I under ordered and had not allowed for breakages in transit so had to order a few extra slabs and because it was not a full pallet of 33 I had to pay extortionate delivery. I had already spent £1000 ish so would have thought good customer service would be to offer me same deal as full load.Would I buy again? Definitely yes. Just make sure you measure up properly first.

We ordered silver grey granite slabs, few issues with big chunks out of the slabs and a lot of rust marks but after a few emails later to Jay and pictures being sent, she replaced a lot of the damaged ones and offered compensation. We couldn't get our patio finished due to waiting on replacement slabs but in the end it all worked out and our patio looks stunning. So many compliments. Reasonable prices on Stone direct website compared to others

So happy we found this company! Honestly spent hours searching the net for reviews on the big diy super stores and wasn’t happy with the reviews to the point we nearly didn’t go ahead with our plan to create a patio area! Service was great with no problems at all from check out to the door, every part of delivery was very informative & we was given options for delivery, the delivery driver was also very helpful! The slabs we purchased where absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier, would definitely recommend 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After a number of delivery problems, my slabs eventually turned up 2 weeks late. The whole experience has left a slightly bitter taste which seems to be all down to their courier company Palletways......1 lost pallet and 1 mislaid for a few days!!Jay has worked tirelessly to try and get my delivery to me which is appreciated but this could all be avoided if only a better courier was used. 5 stars for customer service but 1 star for delivery

Fantastic quality Mint Fossil Sandstone Paving, I ordered the smooth honed, sawn in 900x600 size, all arrived packed very well and securely in crates. Would recommend Stone Paving Direct.

Really impressed with the service - from buying on the website, communication, to arranging the delivery. Amazed to see no damage to any of the slabs. Top quality. My builder has already started using them himself!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!The Service is awful, the delivery is just not acceptable in any way! It is also a serious problem getting your money back after a return as it is literally impossible.Customer service basically just tells you they will call you back as things are dealt with buy other department. You never get a call back from anyone.I would not recommend this company to my worst of enemies. It makes sense why Travis Perkins is one of the leading suppliers of garden products.Please, stay away from the company!
