Weavers Carpets Derby

We have used Weavers for years and always get great service whether carpet or hard flooring. This week had a lounge carpet fitted. All done in about an hour no hassle. Thank you Paul, John and team.

Extremely professional service from the minute we entered the shop and spoke with John, Paul’s visit to discuss and provide the quote, to the final product fitted. We never felt we were being sold anything we didn’t want, just lots of practical advice. Our new Oak flooring looks amazing. Thanks guys. Would highly recommend.

Weavers fitted our Church carpet tiles at St John's on Devonshire Drive. They were excellent! Good advice, friendly support, attention to detail, efficient, worked to our limited time schedule and well priced. Our Church Committee would thoroughly recommend them.

We would definitely not recommend Weavers Carpets at all. They were fine when we originally chose our carpet but as soon as there was a problem with the carpet their customer relations were zero and it took over a year to sort out with us having to do a lot of chasing. Unfortunately, there was a problem with reverse pile on the replacement carpet and we encountered the same appalling service and intransigence with no communication whatsoever unless chased which led to the manufacturer withdrawing their goodwill offer to replace the carpet. However, on contacting the manufacturer ourselves the offer was reinstated and the carpet was fitted to a far higher standard than that of Weavers. Not a company with which to deal if you have a problem as customer satisfaction is bottom on their list of priorities and appeared unimportant to them.

My family have previously used Weavers and have always been happy with the service. I have just used them to fit vinyl and carpet throughout my whole house and would recommend them. Friendly staff and efficient service. Would highly recommend them.

Ordered bedroom and lounge carpets from Weavers. John and Paul are so knowledgeable and helpful in the shop. Both bedrooms and lounge carpets fitted by professional helpful and friendly fitters. Wouldn't go anywhere else for flooring.
