My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience choosing our engagement ring with Matthew at Wildsmith Jewellery. Within 24 hours of us telling him what we wanted, he sent us a video of a ring which was absolutely perfect.Matthew has a lovely sales manner - he’s not at all pushy, and he provided us with some very helpful advice. He was very flexible in finding a time that worked for us to go and see him in person, and super responsive to all of our queries. He provided us with a number of options to try on - all lovely, and very competitively priced compared to some of the options we had been looking at - and we have come away with a ring we both love.All in all, a fantastic experience and would highly recommend to anyone. We’re looking forward to coming back for our wedding rings soon!

Had a really great experience with Wildsmith Jewellery. They were very knowledgeable about import and shipping details which made the process so easy. Got my ring within 2 days after ordering it from overseas! It arrived in perfect condition and packaging - exactly as expected. Everything about dealing with Matthew was fantastic. I gave him so broad requirements for an engagement ring and within a couple of weeks he had found the most amazing ring which my partner absolutely loves. What’s more I wanted a few modifications done and he was able to turn them around sharply to get the ring back to me in time to enable me to propose on our holiday. I had a fantastic experience working with Matthew and Wildsmith Jewellery! I was interested in a discontinued Marco Bicego necklace that Wildsmith had in stock, but I wanted an opportunity to see how the necklace would hang on a person before spending so much on it. I couldn't find online photos, and being based in the US, I couldn't try it on myself at the store. Matthew was kind enough to take multiple photos of the necklace modelled, which addressed my concerns. The necklace was priced extremely well, and he was kind enough to apply me a first-time customer discount, even though they usually don't do that for marked-down pieces. The international shipping was prompt, and the necklace was packaged in beautiful boxes. The packaging was much more thoughtful and high quality than other high-end retailers I've purchased jewelry from (e.g. Tiffanys, Saks etc.) All in all, I would highly recommend the business and would shop with them again!

Wildsmith Jewellery was an extraordinary company to work with from beginning to commission to delivery. I ordered an 18-carat yellow gold signet ring engraved with a custom initials design. The designers interpreted my ideas and notes precisely as I had hoped they would. I am very much pleased with the outcome. The ring arrived at the expected time, even during the unprecedented event of the walkout of the mailing service; it made the perfect Christmas gift for me.I would undoubtedly recommend Wildsmith to anyone looking to purchase some captivating jewellery. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them, and I am much obliged to Matthew for communicating with me throughout the process; I am sure this is just the beginning of my journey with them.

Cannot recommend Matthew and Wildsmith Jewellery enough. Matthew went above and beyond to ensure that my experience dealing with him was first class. Communication was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and I was kept informed with the process of my order. Shipping was fast and efficient and the packaging just as lovely as the items inside. Most importantly though, my cufflinks are exquisite and exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Wildsmith Jewellery again.
