Clickmas Trees

Thank you for such a fantastic service! We requested a change to our delivery at the last minute and Clickmas Trees were quick to respond and deliver. We've already had so many comments on the quality of the tree, would definitely recommend again!

This is my second year using Clickmas, last year no problems. This year they've not delivered my tree (supposed to arrive on the 29th of November) and despite Lulu the owner promising to deliver our tree herself last night - we still have no tree and she's become completely unresponsive.Hard avoid unless you want to be disapointed

I've been using Clickmas for the last 3 years with no issues, but this year they've added an extra £19.95 delivery fee" to all trees. Really disappointing."

Arranged delivery of Christmas Day for the Monday 3rd- this has been not collected. We have been trying to reach the company multiple times, however there is no response from email or telephone calls. Such a shame because with the initial delivery of the tree the service was great, however we have currently paid £15 for a tree collection that has not happened.

Very poor experience. 10 days after my order was scheduled to arrive, I still have not received what I ordered and paid for. Customer Service team is unresponsive. I ended up having to buy from another retailer - I requested a refund from Clickmas and have received no refund and no response.

This was the best tree we've ever had, and we didn't even choose it! Great delivery and pickup service since we don't have a car. Would happily order from next year!

Saw some negative reviews which scared me a little, but after placing an order last night it arrived promptly this morning. The tree is absolutely beautiful and the perfect size for our little flat!

Very helpful when an ordering mistake was made. However despite paying for and having confirmation of a booked slot 8-12 when we had people around the delivery was not made until 5.30pm and no telephone call before deliver despite it being made clear this was essential. When delivery was made it was only 1 tree despite 2 having been booked. The driver did go back to the depot and bring another but this took time. tracking was useless and company not possible to contact by telephone. We are very disappointed given excellent service last year. so far no refund of delivery charge despite being promised. The trees as now delivered are good and we are pleased with them even though quite different from each other which is not really what you want when you need a pair! Will have to think carefully about using again which is a pity because of being local and previously very good. At least the trees seem to be good quality and when they will be up for sometime this is most important. Wish wee could score you more but given all that has happened we can't

Me and my girlfriend are very pleased with our tree! We have come here for the last few years and have never been disappointed. Brilliant sales team and brilliant trees. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!
