This is the second time I have shopped with Alan Teather Quilting and as with the first time I was not disappointed. I had sent him a sample of batting that I had been unable to source locally. Firstly he called me as soon as he received my sample and although unable to match it sent me the closest available by return post, together with a load of samples for future reference.Super helpful, friendly service - I really felt my needs were important and that I was valued as a customer, which I find rarely these days.I would not hesitate to recommend this company .Thank you .

Wonderful shop which I found online! I received a 5 star service from Alan and Amanda from start to finish. Thanks for doing such an excellent job of finishing my quilt, it looks fabulous on my bed. Lovely fabrics available to buy too! Would highly recommend.

Four generations of my family spent around 20 years (on and off) hand stitching my quilt top . It was then packed away in a box and stayed there for about 6 years. My Mam died recently and I wanted to buy something that would have special memories of her. When I spotted ATQ online, I knew what I had to do! I went to see if they could finish my quilt for me. Alan and Amanda made me feel so welcome,I felt like I'd known them forever! They wanted to know all about my quilt so they could finish it to perfection. Alan messaged me throughout to tell me what stage they were at and finally to tell me it was ready to collect. I was beyond excited! I really didn't expect it to look so beautiful. They have done a lovely job and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting any quilting/ finishing.I came straight home and put my quilt on the spare bed. It looks stunning, I keep going in just to have another look!

Alan and Amanda Heather Quilting is a lovely shop for ALL your quilting needs.I had a King size quilt quilted by them and was absolutely thrilled with it. I will certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them. I sincerely hope they go from success too success...

I needed a specific fabric from a collection that was out of print, and Alan & Amanda happened to have what may well have been the last 2.8 meters anywhere. (No store in the U.S. listed any available yardage online.) They delivered outstanding customer service in a friendly and personable manner and went out of their way to make sure the order was processed and shipped without delay. International shipping went smoothly, and the fabric arrived a day earlier than projected. I couldn't recommend ATQ more strongly. 10/10

Absolutely little gem of a shop.Wish I knew about it sooner.I made a lovely quilt for my sisters 60th Birthday and when Alan had finished quilting it for me, I just had to give her it straight away.Absolutely stunning work.Highly recommend.
