James was great!My sis was very sick while having plumbing problems, James came for an emergency evening call-out…Cue the usual worries whether it would get fixed and how much it might cost…He went off to source required fixings, sorted the problem within a couple of hours, charged a very reasonable price and did an excellent job…Also had the initiative to fix it long-term without being askedHe was patient when we took 3 times to transfer payment and generally a lovely chap. James and Sarah came and did some decorating and pipe work jobs for me today to get my house ready for putting on the market. Very happy with the work they did and very reasonably priced

We have recently had James and Sarah to carry out several tricky jobs on our kitchen including removal of worktop and tiles, disconnecting oven, hob and sink and reconnecting oven, hob and sink after new worktop was refitted. They then retiled the kitchen. We are delighted with the result and their excellent efforts have completely transformed our kitchen. James and Sarah proved to be very responsive to our many requests, hard-working and offered quick time schedules to fit in with our needs and wants. They were a pleasure to have around and left everywhere clean and tidy. They were also very competitively priced. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others and will certainly use them again.

I had asked JSG to pop over to provide a quote for a refurb of our downstairs WC. It just so happened that as I opened the door to show them the WC that there was a leak and the floor was all wet! Without hesitation James instantly whipped his shoes off and proceeded upstairs to check what was going on - reassuring us that he’s also a plumber. James and his partner quickly came to the rescue, sorted the pipe causing the issue and then sticking around to provide a thorough assessment of the downstairs WC (giving lots of practical advice at the same time - inevitably what we wanted to do wasn’t as easy as we initially thought) Really hoping to get JSG in to do the work as their professionalism and knowledge really seems on point.

James was able to replace a wheel bearing/hub for us on Christmas eve. Sourced and fitted the part promptly and very competitively priced. Very knowledgeable and all-round great service - highly recommend!

James is a very professional plumber who is capable and knowledgeable about a wide range of plumbing issues and just as important how to fix them. He has removed all our upstairs bathroom items and is in the process of replacing them including toilet, handbasin, shower and radiator. I would recommend him as an honest and reliable person who is positive when faced with a challenge. I would have no hesitation in reccomending him.

James and Sarah carried out the removal of an old downstairs bathroom suite and put in a new one including re-tiling and moving a light switch for us. There was a couple of challenges along the way with the room that James figured out a solution for and pushed through.The end result is superb and I’d recommend JSG Property maintenance for any works and we will be putting more work their way.
