Tidymaid Domestic Cleaning

I live in central Cambridge and have had Justyna from Tidymaid for over three years now. Tidymaid charge more than the other agencies but provide the most hardworking cleaners. Check if they cover your area, because in some areas its not possible for them to provide a service. Thank you for my cleaner, I could not cope without her.

Tried to arrange a booking with these people for months. They never showed up for the agreed date and rescheduled only to miss the next appointment. Seems like a waste of time.

Excellent cleaning. Used for a deep clean and my apartment needed it! Took most of the day but my place was spotless! Would recommend! I wish the microwave and fridge clearning came with the clean and wasn't extra. I will definetly use again!

We had good reliable service all year in Cambridge. Reasonably priced - £70 for a 2.5 bedroom, 1 bathroom terraced house, biweekly.

Brilliant service. Tidymaid assigned us the most fantastic daily cleaner and we have had such a smooth experience from initial point of contact to date. Cannot recommend more highly! Thank you so much.

I cancelled my contract with tidymaid within the 14 day grace period but was still charged the administration fee of 74.25. They have not returned the amount despite multiple phone calls and emails. I have now reported them to the citizens advice bureau and would like to warn other customers against using their service as the management is either dishonest or hopelessly incompetent.

After asking TidyMaid to come over and do a deep clean for my property of which is rented in our absence I was so impressed with their standard of service.I'd previously had other cleaning services from different providers and I can surely say that they didn't match TidyMaid. The professional and articulate work they did left the place looking spick and spam. :)Definitely will be using them regularly.Many Thanks,Highly recommended

It’s been an unfortunate waste of time for all of us, I think.We (my husband and I) signed up for fortnightly cleaning, had a free estimate for the time required for our home, and on our first visit the cleaner was unable to complete the job - so our main floor (living room + kitchen) were not done.We gave TidyMaid the benefit of the doubt, reserving our opinion for our second cleaning visit. Unfortunately, on this time, the cleaner was a no-show. (Turns out she had forgotten.)I’ve tried ringing the TidyMaid office a few times now to sort out a solution but there’s been no answer. My husband also has been trying to get in touch via telephone and email.I’m sure that if they actually show up for their clients the service is great, and it seems in the past this was once the case, but currently working with them is a gamble. I can’t say that I would trust them.It seems their good reviews are mostly from a few years ago - so perhaps hold off on choosing TidyMaid for now.Sometimes they reply to their Google reviews - I am certainly open to hearing from them!! I've been going with Tidymaid now for 3 years and I've found the cleaners to be very reliable and fastidious. I recently had the builders in and had to change the day my cleaner was coming and she very kindly fitted me in. I have also been on holiday on occasion and had a replacement cleaner quickly allocated to me. I am very happy with this service
