Midlands Managed Properties

I recently stayed here while in town for work and the flat had everything I needed. It was like stepping out of my apartment and into another—Wi-Fi. full size fridge, microwave, a hairdryer… Damien and the team put thought into making the space as comfortable as possible. Some of my colleagues stayed elsewhere and their rentals had uncomfortable beds or lacked a microwave.The weekly cleaning team was awesome. I try to keep things tidy but they were lovely—coming home to fresh linens, Windexed mirrors, and the trash taken out seemed to make Mondays easier. (And that’s another difference between this rental and my colleagues’ rentals: some of the the cleaning teams don’t take the trash/recycling out.)Aside from that, the location is SO convenient. There’s a gym, two grocery stores, banks, and many restaurants all within five-minute walking distance. The LNER train station is also a short walk and that made traveling so much easier since you don’t have to worry about leaving your car (the property has a gated lot).The last highlight I’ll mention is the team. Damien was my POC during my stay and he was always quick with a friendly response and was as accommodating as possible during my stay. Thank you Damien and team for making my trip as welcoming as possible!

What an amazing stay!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Peterborough. Beautifully and tastefully furnished with all amenities you could ask need for a long weekend away. Set right in the town centre. Hosts were incredibly helpful making the process easy from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back for more fun times in Peterborough.

It was an amazing adventure to find this great place about two and a half hrs north of London! My husband was working a six month contract in the UK and our daughter and I had the rare chance to visit him for about six weeks in the summer while school was out. It was a charming flat with two large bedrooms, a lovely bath, a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and storing, living area and dining room! We could walk in town and to several grocery stores. We easily walked to the bus/train station and the could go just about anywhere. We got to know some folks in town and had a marvelous time visiting shops in the little town. We were also able to fly to Germany and travel through to Vienna for a number of days. My husband actually drove us to Scotland for a weekend which was spectacular. The staff at Midlands Managed Properties are so kind and gracious. We had the most wondrous time in England. I will never forget it. If we go back, we know where we will be staying!!

It has been both perfect place to live in Peterborough and perfect place to live in. Very efficient and very well decorated...felt a bit like home, which is super great when you are abroad.Thanks Damien

I had the pleasure of staying at two properties managed by Midlands, over the space of 6 months, and I can honestly say my experience was amazing! From the customer service, the level of quality of the apartments, location, and just an overall sense of feeling right at home.I would like to give a special mention to Damien. I stayed nearly three months in one of Midlands Managed Properties in Peterborough, England. The apartment offered all amenities needed for a long-term visit. Being in the center of town made for easy access to shopping and commerce; and Damien was extremely helpful and always available if any issues arose. I highly recommend selecting Midlands as your lodging if ever in the area.
