Eva is just a fabulous architect to partner with. We had a very complex project and she just took the pain out of the whole process. We have now submitted our planning application so fingers crossed. Would definitely recommend.

Eva conducted a thorough survey of a listed building for me. The resulting report and explanation was of excellent detail and quality. There were many architectural details I would not have registered myself without Eva's keen eye and ability to deduce the history and provenance of various features. Also provided was a list of recommended works of various priorities and instructions how to do them. Perhaps more important than the content of the report, was the reassurance and understanding Eva gave me about the building and its condition, which led to purchase with confidence and enthusiasm.
