Absolutely 1st class service,informed that my scooter had been delivered to campsite before I had even left home,no problems at all with the machine during the 2 weeks I was using it, I would highly recommend this company and would readily use them again.

Fantastic service, literally made our holiday as it meant the mother in law was able to have a holiday too. She has never used one before but they brought the scooter right to our van on the Haven site, showed her how to use it, left a number and off they went. She was out on it every day. We went for the £25 a day scooter and it took her from Seashore all the way into Great Yarmouth, all round the arcades and shops, then all the way back again. Then back out to bingo in the club house. Then we were out for a walk the next morning with her scooting along with us. Usually even a short walk to the shop puts her in bed for hours if not a couple of days due to pain. She really had her independence back and loved every minute of it. And it was stress free for us knowing she was able to get out, come along with us and get involved every day without worrying it would result in a trip to the hospital. It was worth every penny. We then left it with reception on the last day and they came and collected it. Any queries we had they were just at the end of a phone and the people we spoke to via email, phone and in person were so friendly and helpful. Thank you because the holiday honestly would not have been as enjoyable by us all without your scooter for Mum :).

Hired a scooter for my mum on holiday in Gt Yarmouth from mobile mobility scooter hire. Service was great, scooter was top notch model brilliant value for money they even delivered it to the holiday park and collected again for free WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hired a scooter for my dad for 7 days holiday, scooter was waiting on our arrival at the holiday camp, so no messing around picking up, was also picked up from our caravan after our holiday, excellent service, would definitely recommend.

For the second year we hired a mobility scooter for my husband while in Gt Yarmouth .It was delivered to us at the time requested and the Owner was polite and Helpful .His good lady wife was professional and more than obliging when we spoke on the phone . After having been back a week from our stay at the seashore mother has stated just how lovely her holiday was as we were able to take her lowestoft and various other placesNone of this we couldn't have done without the scooter we hired from you . Due to illness earlier in the year I need help to get around and usually use my walker. It was with trepidation I reserved a mobility scooter but what a revelation. My wheelchair was left at home and now I have movement without anyone having to help. I can highly recommend this service and will be booking next year's holiday use before I leave on Sunday afternoon.

Great service from first contact onwards. Scooter was delivered to Haven Seashore for arrival and picked up on day of departure. It made such a difference to our holiday. Would recommend.
