Ladywood Leisure Centre

The swimming pool is very dirty, full of hair and dust. There avre very few showers in the changing rooms and most of the times they don't work. One day there was only one shower working (photo) and another day all the hairdryers were outnof service.Moreover they give you the wrong information on purpose. The pool timetable states that there are 4 lanes for free swimming. There is actually only one and we ended up several times in being 10 people in one lane, with many people that couldn't even swim. Lastly yesterday, that only lane was used for a training so Inhad to wait for 20 minutes to swim in that lane.AWFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL

Beautifully constructed but only spoilt by lack of front staff, long queues and at times angry customers. If a ticket is already purchased, why must we queue?You don't give refunds but only vouchers which don't guarantee admission as you still have to queue up_ that needs improving!!

Gym is decent but nothing extensive. Hygiene of the pool and surrounding areas is shockingly bad. Customer service is poor and their communication of late payments even worse. Sent to a debt collector agency without being notified of any missed payment and was told I’d be called back. Still waiting…

I have been using the gym for 2 months now. I would like to leave a review for Rebecca Evans - personal trainer/class instructor.I have never met a more motivating, energetic and just overall amazing instructor before. I would absolutely recommend everyone to get her as a personal trainer or even join her classes.Her classes are full of energy and there is a certain inclusivity that just makes one excited to give it their all.There is just not enough praises in the world to describe how amazing she is and I have already lost 3kg in just the one month I have been doing her classes.ask for REBECCA EVANS.

Nice leisure centre, has a decent gym, one big pool one small baby pool and a sauna steam room.The things that let it down are the lack of parking between 4.30pm and 8pm during the week. People block you in.The lack of security in the building people pay for the gym and use the pool and sauna, no one check if their membership entitles them to use other facilities.And at busy times their is only one receptionist only.

I've found Mel at the front desk to be coarse and unhelpful, and the opening hours on the weekends are inconvenient. Saying that, it's a reasonable price for what's offered - a good pool, gym and sauna.

Extremely RUDE receptionist, she’s very unprofessional at her job and can constantly hear her yell aggressively at other customers rather than talking in a proper polite manner, she takes ages doing her job at the desk which means there’s always a queue, most of the time I have to wait at least 15 -20 mins just to be seen and let through the doors. Urgently must hire new staff that’s ARE professional!
