Delta Hotels by Marriott Heathrow Windsor

I've come here as a support worker for a child with cerebral palsy. We arrived late at around 10pm to be told the carers room is not ready! Even though you can check in at 15.00hrs! Great start! A room for 2 working staff had a double bed and sofa bed! Not good to be fair. Granted our boy who we support, his room was ready that is what mattered. Day one! My boss went to her room to find her perfume (of value) had been stolen! 2nd day, the boy we care for had vomited and we asked for a change of bedding. We threw back the covers and the bottom sheet had not been changed and it had dried vomit on it, also leaving 4 bags of rubbish I had to remind the reception and housekeeper twice.. our 4 night,/ 5 day stay has had very mixed feelings. The outside is crumbling with no night lights lit! The reception is managed with incompetent staff.. the prices in the shop are that high it is laughable. A total piss take..to have perfume stolen and nothing be done and a room not ready at 10 pm at night is not acceptable.. pull up your big pants Delta hotels and sort this pathetic hotel out.. will not be returning for obvious reasons! People think twice before laying out hard earned cash.

Basic mid class hotel.Gym available quite large.Connection to city only with one bus that goes once per hour, or half an hour walk to metro station.Sainsbury 30min away if walking.

I stayed at this property from June 25 to 27- 2023 , and the rooms are very nice and homey feeling. spacious and comfortable. the bathrooms are simple modern , with all the needed amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is very quiet , but close to the airport. The breakfast buffet was very good with a large selections of food and becerages. I was very pleased with this property, and I will be staying here again, if a few days. very nice property with good staff and service.

We found the bed very hard to sleep on, and the single pillow very soft. Had a very bad night. Very short of staff, very long wait if you ordered food. We use hotels a lot, but will avoid this hotel.

Hotel is well decorated, staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is outstanding, lots of well maintained equipment. Plenty of parking although you will have to pay £9.50 a night.

Comfortable rooms, breakfast is good for the price.Good size gym, just no maintenance or cleaning of the gym. It's one of the dirtiest gyms I have ever seen, unfortunately.

First time staying here, and I was surprised with the service. The hotel is a bit farther than other hotels surrounding Heathrow Airport, but this one offers good amenities. There is an option to set a pickup to take you to the airport for as little as 5 pounds for a Share van or 19 pounds for a private transport. You can also set up your preferred pick-up time. If you like to exercise, this hotel has one of the biggest gyms I have seen from any hotel yet. It has at least 6 treadmills, about 10 stationary bikes, free weights, and everything else you might need to exercise. Rooms are spacious and clean. The service was nice. The bar and restaurant are available for requests. I am returning again.

Great hotel with a nice enough resteraunt and great staff. The room was clean and relatively spacious with USB charging points. At reception is a little Uber ordering machine where you can order an uber to airport for flat fee of £11

Lovely and cosy airport hotel just off Jct 5 on the M4. Short drive to all the Heathrow terminals. Executive lounge and gym available. Spacious and comfortable rooms.My stay was absolutely delightful. A huge Thank you to the wonderful Front Office Manager PEREZ. Her warm, friendly, extremely professional and efficient customer service made my whole stay extra special. PEREZ is a great credit to this hotel and an amazing ambassador for this hotel brand. Highly recommended and will definitely return.
