Amazing quality bubble tea! And they cater for so many tastes - I had the no sugar hot tea drink, which was delicious, my husband went big and got the bubble tea with the cheese crown (absolutely delicious!) and the kids each had their own mixes of different teas and boba. Lovely staff, too!

I would definitely recommend going here! I went twice and both times I got large passion fruit green teas with tapioca (the first time I also got it with a cheese crown). It was so good! Next I’d love to try the white peach tea.

Weirdest place - ordered the bubble tea, then asked if I wanted bubbles in it and told they were extra (contrary to the picture that had the tapioca pearls on it). I was advised by an unapologetic server that bubble teas are not called bubble tea because of the bubbles and the drink doesn’t look like the picture unless you pay extra. Someone should go tell Taiwan and the whole of Asia they got it wrong - Herne Hill seems to be the e only place that has it “right”. Never returned - YiFang thankfully are still making the “mistake” of putting tapioca pearls in their bubble teas.

The worst bubble tea we’ve found in London. The staff haven’t asked us about sweetness of a tea. We were really disappointed. But maybe we should be more specific during the order.Staff is very nice but they weren’t so involved in their job.EDIT: however" part is a little bit confused. Do you mean that I should keep opinion to myself or write it as you expeced?I've got my small business myself and I couldn't comment any opinion like that.Make something what will not hurt the customers. I wrote exaclty what I observed and how I felt.I've visited your tea shop with my children. The staff done what they done. This is feedback for the future.I'm happy with the first part of your reply. The second is really confused.All the best in the future."

Pleasant place to sit, music is not too loud. The tea was fine, perhaps a little dilute (we had the new wintermelon milk tea, with 'less ice' and 'less sugar'), though the flavour was authentic enough (I grew up in Southeast Asia). Appreciate having a less sweet option. Overall we are very pleased to have found a bubble tea place in the neighbourhood and will likely be back.

Best boba tea place and worth the travel. Friendly staff , great flavours and very good quality. My girls have tried bubble tea in every area we go to and this out of at around 40 shops, is the best!!

Service/staff are nice, but I wasn't impressed with the tea itself. We'd recently been to a Bubbleology, and the tea was SO much tastier with the little popping fruit bubbles. We were quite disappointed with this by comparison and wouldn't return.

Didn't rate food as didn't order any. Bubble tea menu is long but it's clear how to order eg sizes and toppings etc. They're not cheap but bubble tea is considered a bit of a treat. The kids loved them, think they're a kid's drink rather than an adult indulgence..

Bit disappointing as they actually don't have popping bubbles. Just the jelly ones and only in single flavour. The green tea's were good bit without the popping bubbles it wasn't the experience we've had elsewhere.

I’ve had pretty most of the drinks from here ranging from the bubble teas to fruit teas and the fresh milk ones . I specifically love the winter melon milk tea, the new lychee rose milk tea and the classic milk tea. To be honest they’re all nice , except the taro milk tea . Taro is normally my favourite flavour but it’s just not so great here, however , all the other ones are delicious. Staff are friendly and service so far has been pretty fast . Also, pretty much all/ or at least most of the milk teas are fine to have if you’re lactose intolerant. I find that a lot of bubble tea shops I go to , even if they can change the milk to oat milk or whatever, the powder they use contains some sort of milk protein so I’m thankful for Cuppo Bubbo for having many options for people who are lactose intolerant.
