Excellent service we have been provided, our son has been able to access the community with the support of staff and management has been able to provide the plans to be put in place for the activities to take place. I really do praise Spring Healthcare for their support.

They are good at what they do , absolute brilliant management is supportive and responsive to employees. I've worked for this company for some time now and I find them to be very supportive, caring and understanding. The role involves supporting people in their own homes which is very rewarding. You need to be quite an organised person for this role, someone who can adapt to changing needs, but you are trained and supported every step of the way. There is a new opportunity for staff to pick extra work that they want to do to go the extra mile for our clients, which has made me really happy. The pay is good and the colleagues are great. I'm really happy and I look forward to staying with the company for as long as I can.

Staff are great but management is awful my son has respite through them. Took 5 months to be allocated someone, wasn’t responding to emails when support would start,had to contact local authority to find out what was going on. Support started andthe manager ignores messages, doesn’t respond to texts and emails.Uses condescending and patronising language and is extremely unprofessional.When I asked for respite so I could attend a meeting about my son with professionals management stated and I quote “they are not a baby sitting service” I wanted support to accompany myself and My son to the meetings.Also having covid I asked to move a session - no response from management sent staff anyway and we lost 5 hours of our respite though management not answering my text.I’m taking my sons respite package else where this is meant to respite but the management are nothing but hard to deal with.Management makes up own rules Regarding data access didn’t respond in the legal month then when questioned why haven’t received it management then Tries to charge a fee for a subject access request which is only lawful in unfounded and excessive cases, none of which are relevant to my case. Respite is onlyOffered to those with severely disabled children, the management do not make this easier.would rather not have respite than deal with the poor management it’s more stress than it’s worth.
