Absolutely brilliant customer service from Daniel, he goes the extra 20 miles! Accommodating and flexible when I dropped the shoes, I thought I’d wait until picking up the boots for the actual review, so here it is: BRILLIANT 10/10! I’ll let the photos speak for themselves (I wish you’d see the before… trust me these boots were made for walking and they did)!

Got the job done, but it was clear it doesn’t open at 9 am as mentioned on google, had to go back later at 10 am, when they opened after calling them on their mobile.Also a bit of a pain that I could only pay cash. Other than that shoes reheeled well enough.

First time at this cobblers Daniel and his dad were very friendly repaired my boots within minutes while I waited couldn’t have asked for a better service highly recommended will always go there in the future and also for any keys I need cutting.
