I had a major problem with my old desk top computer and contacted Deane to see if they could help. As they thought they could help, I delivered the tower to them at 3.15pm last Tuesday, and discussed with Chris the possibility of buying a new computer. At about 5.00pm that same day I had a call from Chris to say my computer had been fixed.I still agreed to go ahead with the purchase of a new computer and requested that all the data from my old tower be transferred to the new one.I had a phone call on Thursday at 10.30am to say the data had all been transferred and the computers were ready for collection.To do this in about 42 hours was fantastic service. I have just bought a 40 Ultra Wide Dell Monitor from the guys at Deane. The service and communications was fantastic. I had a few issues with the resolution from my Macbook Pro.
