Richard is a fantastic landlord! I have been very lucky to be able to call one of his properties a home whilst at the University.He is very attentive, everything is to the highest possible standard it could be! Couldn’t have asked for a better landlord for my final year.

I lived in one of Richard's houses for my final year at university. He was the most organized landlord I've ever had. He even had a folder in the house with the instructions to every provided appliance.The house we immaculate with great new appliances that all matched. Including a 50 TV. And if we ever had any problems he'd have them sorted ASAP. We were having wifi problems when we first moved in because it wouldn't reach the far side of the house and after contacting him he'd dropped off a wifi extender the very next day.Top landlord. 5*"

Myself and a group of uni mates lived here for a year and absolutely loved every moment of it. It was horrible to leave because it really felt like a home.Richard is a great landlord, he took care of any issue we had and we never felt worried contacting him about anything. He's super organised and really understanding. The house is modern and feels really homely.Plus it's in a great location. Asda is on your doorstep, theres loads of takeaways on the street behind you and it takes about 10 minutes to walk in to town! Wish we could've stayed for longer!

I am currently living in one of Richard Lee's student accommodations within Northampton and I couldn't reccommend a better landlord then Richard. Richard is always on hand for any problems that we are experiencing within the house and he always keeps up with the keep of the house. If you move into one of Richard Lee's houses you will be extremely lucky.

Richard Lee Student Accommodation
This house is in the perfect location for any student at Northampton University, being extremely close to town and public transport to both campuses as well as being within walking distance from the new Waterside campus. The house itself is to a very high standard with great facilities, spacious bedrooms and communal areas alongside a garden to enjoy in the summer. Definitely a perfect place to live as a student!

I have lived here with 2 of my friends for a year now, we have definitely felt like this house is our home despite issues with 2 of our housemates, Richard has been a phenomenal landlord and has been able to help us deal with issues from people moving out to broken microwaves! Would recommend him to anyone and have loved our year in the house.

Richard was my landlord for my university accommodation for 2 years and I can honestly say I couldn’t have wished for a better landlord! He was attentive to anything we needed around the house, quick with his responses and trustworthy when it came to any repairs or issues that needed sorting. We have lived in one of Richards houses for nearly a year now and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house itself is brilliantly located, decorated well and all round very well maintained. Richard is a great landlord, always on hand if we’ve locked ourselves out or if we have any issues at all, coming round to sort anything within a matter of hours usually. Couldn’t recommend more!

Richard is an attentive and trustworthy landlord. He is always quick to respond to and solve any issues, and does not treat his tenants any differently just because they are students. He is accommodating and understanding, and has made my two years of off-campus housing stress free and comfortable, offering homes rather than student houses.
