What an amazing experience. I contacted Deam from GBK, ref the reburbishment of my late Father's Kukri (Ghurka) Knife. My father acquired the knife in Singapore in the early 60s and if was in very poor state ofrepair. Dean's passion for knives was evident from the very start, the finished refurb is truely amazing and the knife will take pride of place for many generations to come. I would recommend GBK if your looking for a 5 star job, thankyou Dean.

Had a vintage family heirloom knife restored beautifully by GBK, and have bought a couple of other items from him too. Always top notch communication and quality work. Would highly recommend for custom or restoration work on knives or other cutlery.

After I had treated my old L1A1 bayonet so badly (years of cutting turf), I sent it to Dean for restoration. I am over the moon with the results - utterly brilliant job. Was told it would take 3 months and it did. Was given an estimate and it was bang on. 100% recommendation.

Fantastic service. Incredible workmanship. Dean took an old and forgotten Kukri that had been given to my late father but was lost and mistreated. Found in a very sorry state, dented, rusty, the handle and scabbard ruined. Dean turned it around and returned a beautiful, polished, sharp and fully restored functional knife that was simply incredible. Needless to say I highly recommend.

I had a sgian dubh custom made for my fiancé. I was given help finalising the designs which included nordic runes on the bolster and his initials engraved on the pommel. It came in a lovely wooden box that had a compass lasered on the top along with the coordinates of the proposal spot. It also came with an Italian leather sheath. Just a stunning piece of craftsmanship.The customer service and communication was second to none. Postage was good aswell and my purchase was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Gemini Bespoke Knives.

I originally went to see Dean to have our knives sharpened and had the opportunity to see his work, I was absolutely blown away by the craftsmanship and originality of his knives! I decided to buy my wife a bespoke knife as a gift but when I took her meet Dean and choose the kind of handle she wanted etc she fell in love with an already finished piece. Dean also had it beautifully engraved for her and it’s the best knife she’s ever owned in 20 + years of being a chef!

I bought a custom piece from here and it was one of the finest quality work I’ve seen. Well worth the money, the knife was made solidly and of premium materials. It was commissioned for my partner who loved it. He took on all my ideas and created something really beautiful, personalised and unique. If you’re thinking about it, I definitely recommend.

Dean was amazing to work with. He was very accommodating to my last minute request and managed to sneak in my order in time for our big day. The skill and craftsmanship is just beyond incredible and the final Sgian Dubh blew my expectations out the water. It was the perfect surprise gift and I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. Highly recommend!!!!
