The Swans

The house has a lot of good space to be able to live comfortably for a whole week, we stayed as a family of two but this property could accommodate a bigger family quite well.There is quick access to Morfa shopping park and it’s a very simple and easy journey into the city centre. The view from the front main bedroom is beautiful as you can see the trains running through the trees in the day as well a beautiful golden lit view of the stadium in the evening.There was parking space directly accessible outside the property but the road is in bad condition very bumpy and uneven surface.The overall condition of the property is modern well kept, tidy clean and the beds / sofas were comfortable. The tv has a lot of features which meant we could enjoy good entertainment aswell.There is a small garden however we did not make use of this as much as we would’ve liked since it is too cold outside.We would stay in this property again.

Perfect accommodation for working away. All your basic needs. A fair price. 30 second walk to a nice pub and corner shop.

The house was very cosy and clean. Had everything me and my partner needed to make our stay enjoyable.The property was very spacious and there is a beautiful view of the liberty stadium from the master bedroom at night.The house is modern with a smart TV in the living room, with WiFi and heating for the whole house.Bathroom was very large with both a shower and a bath. There is also a nice garden space but due to the stormy weather we were unable to make use of it during our stay.As always we had a nice stay and will be booking with K&G again in the future.
