Central Station Metro station
Large airy station with plenty of information points, help, and assistance at the barriers. There's a handy range of shops, kiosks and cafés too. Better than most other provincial cities facilities and platform staff mind enough to let me sit in the train as soon as the cleaners exited. Couldn't see that happening in London.

Nice and handy for getting to newcastle Central Station. I feel that the turnstiles are quite difficult to use your mobile phone on
