The original response the salon posted below shows that this has also happened other clients.They say my account is untrue, which is reflective of their lack of professionalism and their failure to take responsibility and ownership.My review is a factual account of my experience. No refund received. Emails received by the salon tell me I was happy, rather than ask if I was.I am not happy as I have been left with horrible scars above my eyebrows, caused a year apart at that salon.They continue to say it is superficial, 'normal slight irratation' and will not scar. No responsibility or ownership of their mistakes. I therefore have declined a massage as that will not help the scarring on my eye and I have completely lost trust and confidence with the salon. I would never return for any treatment asthey have failed to take responsibility for their lack of care. On both occasions they have insinuated that leaving a scar, twice, is 'slight irritation'.Dreadful. My skin was ripped off during a eyebrow wax. Very very sore and an unsightly scab. Contacted salon, no refund offered. That was a year ago. After a year I decided to give them another go, thinking that it could have been a one- off. On my 2nd wax the same thing happened, on the other eye! Same therapist! After a year of no issues at another salon ( just difficult to get appointments there!).This time the injury has been much worse. Scabbed over and sore. Scar still visible a month on!Contacted salon the next day, sent photos. Got an email implying that I must have done something as it was fine when I left". Haven't even offered me in to see the damage they caused. Promised a refund but haven't received it and not had any follow up. Now in process of seeking advice as it's the 2nd time and same therapist."

I had been here before, it was good then is excellent now.I have had a few Swedish massages over the years but those with Conni are the most relaxing massage I have had.In some places you do wonder the difference between the different types but Connie listens to your guidance about any aches and pains and delivers a wonderful calming relaxing hour. Highly recommended.

My daughter went into have her acrylic nails removed as one had come off already. I feel my daughter was taken advantage of as they said it's better not to take the nails off because her actual nails will crack. She was on her own and didn't feel confident to disagree. They left her nails in this disgusting state and charged £15 for the privilege! After speaking to other qualified nail technicians this is definitely not normal practice

On Monday I went to get my nails done with semi-permanent nail polish. She destroyed my nails, she filed them a lot. I have thin nails and she filed them a lot, my nails hurt and they are very soft now. She put a lot of gel on the nails, they look very ugly. He doesn't know how to do nails, that's clear.

I’ve had a wax with Georgia a few times now and she’s absolutely brilliant, really friendly and makes the experience enjoyable! Earned a long term customer!! Thank you Georgia and team Dudes n dolls ❤️

Jess was absolutely amazing and makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed - especially for somebody who wasn't sure what to expect lol with it being the first time. Totally recommend she's lovely xx

I’ve had a few appointments with Jessica.She is so professional and friendly, instantly putting me at ease. The best wax I’ve ever had. And no one ever enjoys getting a wax, but we have a good old natter that I barely even notice I’m having it done. The atmosphere in the salon is very warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to book my hydra facial! I have to say, it’s the best beauty salon I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to quite a few.

Jessica and Georgia are brilliant. I have been to the salon several times now and always felt great when leaving. They are friendly and professional service, taking care in their work. Jess is always super friendly and helpful, my latest set of BIAB are gorgeous. Georgia did an excellent job on my toes today, I left feeling so much more confident for the summer - thank you so much!
