The staff are very pleasant and it’s probably fair to say that it takes time for results to happen. Most of the work is done at home by parents/carers, so what this service gives is mainly strategies to work on. They seem to base their strategies on the Hanen method.There is a 48hr cancellation policy, so if your child falls ill on the day (as ours did) and you haven’t cancelled 48 hours beforehand, you need to pay the £70 fee (as we had to). Even though we left a voicemail in the morning, it wasn’t checked and we got the “where are you” phone call and was told we nonetheless had to pay. If that policy suits you then fine, however it did not suit us.
