I recently used Skeletal in order to assess some stonework which needed to be carried out on my (shared) Victorian property. The initial survey and the interim survey (during the course of the necessary work) were both carried out extremely professionally and with comprehensive reports submitted on both occasions. I commissioned Skeletal to design a reinforced raft foundation for a new double garage. As the project is a self-build, the company also provided detailed calculations for the integrity of the walls, roof and lintels, which enabled me to secure unconditional approval for the plans from Building Control.
