The communication from S-Line cleaning is great, with text messages to confirm arrival times and price. They were responsive when I needed to re-book.The two cleaners turned up on time, did the job in the 90 minutes quoted and for a slightly discounted price.They were very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about their services.They were also responsive to local needs around children, pets and allergies.The sofas and carpets look amazing! Would definitely recommend using them again.

My carpets were very stained and worn and quite frankly no amount of vacuuming could help with the smell, they really needed a deep clean. I cannot fault S Line, a lovely couple, professional, courteous, and so knowledgeable about what was safe for the dog. Carpets were cleaned within an hour and look and smell brand new. The cost was extremely reasonable and I'll be using them again regularly, without fail. A huge thank you.

We used S Line cleaning to refresh our wool rugs to get rid of dirt and pet smells. The team were extremely knowledgeable and professional, adapted their methods specifically for the fabric. Have to say I was impressed with the result, rugs did look like new. After having used other companies in the past, can honestly say that S Line provide a much higher standard of service and would definitely use them again.

Amazing from start to finish. Contacted them on the Thursday, they gave me a quote when I’d sent across photos, explained the breakdown, etc. They arrived Friday morning right on time. Both were friendly, processional and efficient. Explained what they were doing, how it worked, what to expect. Knew I’d attempted to clean the sofa myself (with Dr Beckman) and failed miserably by the sofa’s alkaline level! Showed me the dirt and fluff coming out. They were thorough and the job was complete in around 50 minutes. I wish I had a before picture to share, but the rugs were a state (we have 3 dogs and a toddler). They explained that one tiny stain (on the living room rug) wouldn’t shift because they don’t use chemicals for their clean (which was totally fine). I will 100% be using them again for upkeep. Really delighted to have a go to deep cleaner. Just don’t want to spoil everything by sitting / walking on it ever again ha!NB - sofa still a tiny bit damp in pics (in case any dark areas) as they literally just left :)

My stair carpet and rug were heavily stained from our lovely new puppy, desperately in need of a deep clean. After their service, my carpet and rug look brand new and smell great. Even though my sofas weren't stained, they now look and feel so much fresher! I would highly recommend this company.They offered a professional approach from start to finish. Excellent level of communication, with an almost instant response rate.The job was carried out in a very professional manner, by very polite & easily approachable guys that interacted well with myself providing a discussion of exactly what was included within the quote, and subsequently what was to be executed.The carpets that required were heavily soiled, as are in a commercial premises with a high footfall. The results of the clean were exceptional with before and after pictures also supplied.Thank you
