We had a carbon monoxide alarm go off (falsely) and our gas supply was turned off as the boiler by the emergency gas engineer. The following day I contacted 360 and within a few hours a boiler engineer was with us and sorting the boiler and gas supply out. They were very friendly and kept me informed of what was happening at every stage in the process. As our boiler is quite old, the engineer had to order some specific parts and come back the following day. They told us when they would be back and were true to their word and arrived when they were supposed to. The work was all done to an extremely high standard and the cost was very reasonable. I will contact them for annual servicing to the boiler and any other issues that arise in the future

Thoroughly delighted at the bathroom refit done by Marlex Property Solutions. They overcame many an obstacle thrown at them by our rickety Victorian house and still came in at a good price.Would recommend and will be using again in future.
