Unhelpful, rude, arragant, disrespectful, unprofessional, aggressively greedy, self serving staff. Machinery fault incorrectly diagnosed, quoted £266 repair for a gearbox which was not necessary, I fixed it myself in 20 minutes - no parts required and therefore zero cost! Parts fitting boy clearly wanted my machine for himself as on collection had already added oil to a machine he told me he would 'dispose of for me'. Very dishonest people working there, who don't have the sense when calling the client Mr Happy" behind his back to ensure the client could not hear. Overall the worst service I have received anywhere. The boy I had the misfortune to speak to should be dismissed and possibly jailed."

Excellent customer service. Bought a brush cutter/strimmer and after the 2nd use one of the batteries stopped charging. Because I'm out of their immediate area they asked me to bring the battery in whi h I did. A quick check to confirm malfunction and a few minutes of paperwork and I'm away with a new warrantied battery if all businesses were as helpful.

Long waits and price inflated not as agreed

I have purchased my new garden equipment from Horace Fuller Redhill for the past decade: always receive professional service and advice. I needed a quick turnaround repair on my mower last week, and the team managed to complete the service within a week, thanks!

Time to treat myself to a new mower.After doing my homework I decided which machine would suit my needs best.I phoned all the local garden machinery shops near me to find a stockist.However when I spoke to Alex at Horace Fuller he said the model I was after was not a stock item however he'd have a ring round then get back to me.This he did in a very professional manorAnd within a couple of days he had the machine there P.D.I'd and ready for collection.Good old fashion service with a smile.100% recommended by me

Had my Westwood ride on mower fully serviced got it home engine started to smoke and no performanceTook it back they sprayed carburettor cleaner into the carburettor started to run fineGot it home same thing happenedPhoned them up said I probably needed a new carburettorI removed the air filter and it worked fine I looked on the internet and contacted a company to buy a new air filter there are two types for my model bought one for £9 fitted it and it worked perfectlyHorace Fuller has fitted the wrong air filterI am sure a new carburettor would have cost more than £9Really disappointed in the service

My old mower went in for repair after they checked they said did I want to go ahead at the price. I visited them and purchased a new mower instead.

I was very happy to pick up my new lawn mower today from Chris,fully assembled and guidance from him on how to start and handle the mower .I could not have purchased the mower cheaper anywhere else and I have the backing of a dealer that gives a very good ,caring after sales service.!.
