Please only come here wearing GUCCI.I went here for a routine checkup. After my checkup was complete I asked the dentist for recommendations on next steps as she seemed to be leaving without providing any advice. She promptly gave me the advice when I asked her and when I asked her why were you about to leave without any recommendations she blurted out I didn't think you could afford it"Do not go here !If you do please ensure to wear a tuxedo or bring wads of cash.Otherwise you will not get proper care or advice.You have been warned."

Rude + condescending receptionists. Popped in recently for a quick chat about a treatment and was spoken to like a child who didn’t know what was best for them.Bore St. have been my primary dentists for much of my life, but recent experiences with staff and quality of work (including a filling which fell out within the NHS guarantee period) mean I’ll be registering elsewhere for future treatment.

Been a patient for nearly 60 years only to find today that they are no longer doing any NHS work!!!! Just plain greed and disgraceful behaviour.

The worst practice Ive ever been unfortunate to encounter, and when they go private next year I hope they fail, it's pure greed on their part, fortunately I've managed to get another NHS dentist, lined up when they go private fingers crossed they can't be any worse my dentist Mr Amjad is as very good pleasant dentist his assistants are excellent, but I feel let down by this practice, the recently wanted to cancel my next appointment so be careful what you say in reviews, they do not like people having a voice or honest opinions, I've been told the practice have been very good at making sure I got appointments for me, when my denture fit's the way it should they won't see me again that my choice anyone would think they were a charity, it cost a not so small fortune

Standard has declined over recent years for NHS patients, and now they are going solely private. I've used this dentist for close to 40 years. I called to inform them that I was leaving and they didn't even enquire as to the reason. Quite disappointing. Speaking to another local dentist they have had a number of patients move to them from this practice. Poor decision to go private only when people really need NHS dentists. I'm actually glad this has prompted me to move.

I don’t really enjoy the dentist as when having my braces off the orthodontist chipped my tooth (at a different practice) which gave me a fear of all dentists, this being said, bore street dental practice have always made me feel at ease, I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else! They always make sure your needs are met and offer sincere advice on any concerns you have! The staff are all so lovely and welcoming! I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Absolutely disgusting!! DO NOT ATTEND !Rude receptionist, even worse dentist and nurse, told us that we were lucky to even see them" and "to be grateful" £25 pound for nothing. Sat there crying in pain and no help just told everything looked fine and to take some paracetamol. Disgusting!! The receptionist was so rude

Avoid this practice at all costs. Receptionists are so rude and condescending. I sat in the waiting room and was horrified at the way they treated people coming into reception, especially the elderly clients. If it was possible to give zero stars then I would.I wouldn’t recommend this practice if it was the last one in the area.

Jess Smith is my dentist and she is so good. I am an extremely nervous patient from years of bad dentistry at another practice. Jess always puts me at ease and looks after me. Yes the practice is going private but I won't be going anywhere else
