Had to get a wedding gift embroided at quite short notice. Despite not usually offering embroiding on it's own, Linda and Craig went out their way to help me out. Very reasonably priced and got the job done very quickly. Would 100% recommend and use again.

I purchased a pair of swimming goggles from Wright Sport and they snapped. I reported this to Craig and he provided a replacement by return of post. The new pair snapped some months later and it transpires that there was a manufacturing fault that affected a number of them. Without hesitation, Craig recommended a couple of similar goggles manufactured by other companies and having accepted the main recommendation, I received the new goggles the next day. Outstanding customer service and a company I will do business with again in the future for sure!!

Absolutely brilliant staff who spent plenty of time with us, offering loads of advice and guidance with swimsuit choice and sizing. They were genuinely interested in getting the right stuff for us and we will definitely be back.
