Excellent experience. Booked via TV Aerial Company on a Monday evening for diagnosis, got an appointment for first thing Tuesday.House had only previously had Virgin so needed an aerial fitting and cabling done. Mitchell diagnosed and then completed the work on the spot and waived the diagnosis (as there was no aerial to diagnose!).Mitchell who did the job was excellent - efficient and friendly, would recommend.

Excellent service, made contact on the Wednesday, they had an engineer booked in for the Thursday to fit around my diary, the engineer Mitchell was polite, courteous, talked me through exactly what the issues were and had the problem resolved within an hour, would highly recommend.

Terrible service and really poor post customer service. I had arranged a visit for my mum, engineer turned up, left in ten minutes (and was very rude to my mum) and that’s what you get for £79 + vat. Complained to company offered and was offered a discount to repair dish. Said I would think about it, 24 hours later issued an email saying if I didn’t pay £79 + vat my debt would go to a debt collection agency. Would certainly Never recommend or Ever deal with this company again.

Matthew came this morning to my parents to retune 2 TVs and set up DVD recorders, very friendly and polite and prompt, took his time and carried TV through to conservatory for them, a pleasure to have in their home (their words) and would definitely use again. Great price as well.

This company also trades as TV Aerial Company. There are two websites. They grossly overcharged when I recommended them to an elderly friend, demanding £380 for a minor dish repair that should have cost half that amount. They made a small refund after remonstrations, but their behaviour was disgraceful.

Booked over the phone for a next day appointment. Was told they would be here between 8am and 6pm. They said I would have a 30 minute notice so I can get back home to be there for the fitting. I got a call saying he was around the corner from the property and he couldnt wait 20 mins. They wasted my entire day waiting around. Additionally to this they changed the pricing from £80-£150 on the day. Won't be using them again.
