I would highly recommend matt who came at short notice to do a variety of work in our new kitchen. from removing and reinstalling kitchen sink and taps to putting in external tap. Matt has high standards and fantastic quality of work.(he also tidies!) thanks

2 years ago, whilst building our extension, my husband hit a gas pipe while nailing down the floor boards. He went online and basically phoned the closest gas engineer. We were both pleased with how helpful he was.We were needing to get our boiler serviced, so the other week I went online and found HeatTech, and I booked hoping it was the same company from 2 years ago. It was and again he was very efficient. Our boiler was actually dangerous due to a previous engineer error (not HeatTech). This was picked up straight away and explained to me. It was a simple fix and all is now in order. We will be using HeatTech in future for boiler servicing and any work where we need a gas engineer.

I'd been having several problems with the boiler in my house over a few months. Having lost faith and patience in the boiler I decided to replace it. Matt came out and quoted for a replacement, didn't make a hard sell and explained everything. The same day I received a written quote from him and accepted by email. The boiler was installed a few days later and has been perfect since.Matt arrived on time, installed the boiler, flushed the system and kept me updated along the way. My house was left spotless (probably cleaner than when he arrived tbh) and the follow up call a couple of days later to check everything was good was a nice touch.I will certainly be recommending him to others and won't hesitate if I need something in the future.Thanks Matt!

Don’t look any further for a gas engineer! There’s a reason Matt has 5 stars across the board..My boiler broke down for 10 days, and during that time I was let down by two other companies. The first took multiple days to come out, then told me 2 days later they couldn’t get the parts and quoted for a whole new system. The second cancelled on a weekend 5 minutes before they were due to show up. What a nightmare!I got in touch with Matt, explained my problem and he arranged to come out the next day. Within an hour of placing his dust sheets down, he had the whole system up and running again after replacing a part on my 21 year old boiler.It’s clear to me that Matt is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the repair, Matt explained a number of things about the system and answered all my questions.Matt’s prices are very fair, and his policy of not charging if he can’t fix a broken boiler is amazing piece of mind. It’s obvious this isn’t one of those companies just looking to sell you a new system, and that’s why I felt the need to write such a strong review.Matt just earned a customer for life. Very glad to know such a local business exists.

Was looking for a gas engineer to move my gas pipe in my kitchen. After let down by few other people messaged Matt. He answered quickly and come on time and see the job and give me a very reasonable price and done it in same day. He done great job and was very tidy and professional.Definitely use him again and will recommend him to others too.

Highly recommend Heattech and I will definitely be a repeat customer going forward for any heating servicing/installations I need.I booked a central heating system flush and a magnacleanse filter installation, Matt was very responsive to all my questions before the job started and took all my concerns in to consideration, he fully explained how the process would be carried out and followed up on completion of the job with a detailed report of work carried out.During the work he was respectful and clean making sure all mess was minimised during the work and completely tidied afterwards.All work was carried out to a high standard.All in, Fair prices and honest to his word, will definitely use again.

After the long winter our old combo boiler started to make a horrendous noise and become very temperamental. My husband and I decided that it was time to bite the bullet and find a local heating engineer to source a replacement. With hubby liking to do his research we got quotes from 3 local Gas companies and eventually decided to use HeatTech. From the initial visit up until completion Matthew was very professional and we were kept well advised and informed of progress. Throughout the work disruption was seemingly kept to a minimum and our home kept tidy. We were supplied with a new Baxi combo boiler and we couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend!

Had matt round for a boiler swap last week and couldn't recommend him enough. Turned up on time to quote and turned up on the day he said he would to install. Asked him to throw an outside tap in for us why he was here and he delivered. Top notch cheers matt

Matt managed to fit us in last-minute for a hot water tank repair that had been worrying us for weeks. Arrived on-time and within minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and identified the solution. He did all this while explaining everything to me, and everything was fixed in about 15 minutes.Really great work, and gave us a lot of peace of mind. Thank you Matt!
