Lovely people. Responded quickly to my first contact, gave me a good price, and although the door was delayed - not their fault - they kept me informed of progress. The boys turned up promptly to do the job, did a number of little extras along the way, and left everything clean and tidy. And the door looks great! Thank you.

Super happy with my new sash windows! Daryl and Liz were excellent from the moment I called to arrange Daryl coming to see me. Small local business which I was happy to support as they were really approachable, price was the best in the area and their fitting team were so friendly. They fitted all 6 windows in just one day, great team and great service. Highly recommend.

First class from start to finish. They offered advice and suggestions about which products would work for us. The quotes were comprehensive and very reasonable. When it came to fitting, the company was professional and friendly. The windows and patio door look amazing and are fantastic quality. We are delighted with them!

It's been a pleasure dealing with Daryl, Liz and the team.They have been professional and helpful at every step. Checking we are happy with designs and taking time to get it right for us.Daryl's suggestion of flush casement windows (which we weren't even aware of) to compliment the age and style of our house was spot on.We can't fault the fitting team. Who were punctual and polite. We've never had a more tidy bunch of trades people in the house, you would never know the had been here.Daryl's attention to detail even went as far as not liking the function of the handles so he is replacing them with an alternative of the same design!We have asked them back to replace our fascias and gutters as we are so confident and pleased with their work.It's been a delight.

Can't recommend Southwest Trade Frames enough. We have had two jobs completed by them, French doors in the lounge and new front door and side screens. Really pleased with results, Liz & Daryl kept us up to date from start to finish. Wouldn't hesitate to us them again!
