Finally a place where you can drop in and get a puncture fixed while you wait! Vinnie keeps a good stock of tyres too. I got new tyres on my Fiat Panda and Toyota Aygo while I waited and drank the complimentary coffee. It took a couple of days for tyres to arrive for my 40 year old 2CV but they were supplied, balanced and fitted for £15 cheaper per tyre than I could find them myself. The Aygo and Panda tyres were a few £ cheaper than anywhere else too. It's not all about price though is it? I was treated as a valued customer rather than a punter. I'm going back for my servicing too.

Fabulous! New to the area and so happy to have taken the Facebook recommendations for Mr Neale. 2 years ago, I had my brakes done at my local garage (Hertfordshire) and they have never been right. Even the last Mot at a different garage couldn't identify the weird noises my car was making. This is the first time in 2 years, I've driven my car away and there's no noise! Drives superbly. Very reasonable on price and an excellent mechanic. Will definitely be back and very happy to recommend Mr Neale to anyone.

Was fitted in at short notice for an MOT after having been let down by another garage. The car failed on a Friday afternoon due to a leaking damper. The part was ordered, fitted and the car retested by 10:00am the next morning.Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you.

Vinny has recently helped me to bring my Ford Escort cabriolet 1994 back to life/full running health. A lot of the work was fairly awkward given the car's age but Vinny handled everything brilliantly and with a friendly smile, sourcing various other contractors for the list of jobs needed. He offers excellent facilities for a very fair price. This is my go to garage since moving to Halesworth.

I was on holiday near Halesworth last week when my tyre pressure warning light came on a couple of days before I was due to do a long journey back home . VJ Neale services were brilliant in sorting out the problem quickly when I turned up and were generally very very helpful. As a solo female driver they were reassuring and I did the 400 mile return journey without a problem . Can thoroughly recommend .
