We just love Living Water and have been using them for years. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and the delivery time is really fast (especially when we've forgotten to order more in advance and suddenly find ourselves high and dry!) Whoever does the recruiting of staff does an amazing job - as all the delivery guys are total sweetie pies! Would highly recommend.

Reading the recent negative comments make me realize I’m not being crazy. I’ve literally had an issue with EVERY order. You name it, it’s happened to us. We also ordered ten bottles of water for the Christmas break and when the driver came he only had 3.... he had to call the office to rectify this situation and managed to give me the ten bottles as requested as paid. Yes it was given but the fact that I always have an error with my order is just really not something worth our money. Christmas break is over and they came to collect ten empty bottles. Then when I check my invoice it states 0 collection. Another error. Just recently ordered on Friday four bottles of water. It’s Tuesday and I have nothing. Water has been deleievered in the past without me even ordering it. Or when I do order it’s the wrong amount. Does the water taste great? Absolutely. Is the idea of having water delivered without worry awesome? Of course! But it’s not what I’m experiencing. It’s been 6 months now and honestly I’ve had enough of this. I’m hoping canceling isn’t such a nightmare as everyone else states. If anyone can recommend a water delivery to me I’d appreciate it as I’d like to take my money elsewhere.

The worst experience ever !! The staff doesn’t communicate with each other . I had asked to cancel my contract due to COVID and the staff did but didn’t mention about the extra charges. Also charged me for service of cooler with they didn’t do . When I told about this they somehow managed to cancel the service charge but they kept on calling me and sending me emails asking to pay £120 for canceling the contract . Even though I told them that I and my wife we both struggling with our jobs . So shameful they didn’t give up . The worst service ever !!

Excellent service received from Living Water after months of very poor and at times non-existent service from our last supplier, Eden.Everyone from the sales and admin teams to the delivery drivers have provided a 5* service to us. Competent, friendly, helpful and efficient. We're particularly impressed with the quick responses to queries and delivery within 24 hours. A breath of fresh air! Thank you.

Since I have been a customer of Living-Water their service has been excellent. When I need emergency water there is no extra charges delivery is done very prompt and always attended to in very professional manner.In overall whenever I call, there is always a friendly voice answering in all department accounts,logistics and sales.For me being a customer I value there service because it is not always that companies gives good service.I Highly recommend Living-Water to all my friends, family and whom ever I know.

This company is a sham! I'm having the exact same issues as everyone below. They charge for a quarterly maintenance fee but when I try to schedule one, no one shows or they tell me I don't need it but then they still charge! They routinely forget to deliver my water. I placed a large order for when they would be closed for two weeks over Christmas and it wasn't delivered. There is no communication among staff and if they have new drivers you're out of luck because they don't know to deliver your water in a certain spot so they just don't deliver it at all. They don't answer emails. I've been trying to cancel my service for a month now. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Wow! Such an amazing company. The staff were quick to help with enquieries, the coolers came right on time, and they really add something great to my office. Definitely recommend over any other company. Previous suppliers were very unreliable but Living Water is consistently providing the best of everything. Keep up the good work!

This company does not hold a licence to distribute or supply water in the UK and are operating fraudulently....I hope the correct penalties are given as this is totally wrong and unacceptable also illegal...the water quality is dreadful. The service is appalling....disgusting.
