Great Experience! I made an order late on a Saturday evening it was delivered promptly and smoothly on Tuesday afternoon. When I opened my package one of my items had been damaged in transit and I phoned soap national straight away and they as good as instantly re dispatched a replacement no fuss no trouble very apologetic even though this wasn't their fault directly. Less than 24hrs later my item is here undamaged and perfect! I would just like to say thank you to the guys at soap national for a really positive experience!. You will now be my go to guys! Will be shopping with you again very soon!

I went to soap to address what I thought was a pump issue. dave kindly had a quick look for me and instead of selling me a pump he actually helped me re calibrate my equipment and get me back up and running, then when my pump did actually go he helped me install the controller along with plenty of other good advice and also replaced a univalve for me. Customer service at its finest, look no further for any window cleaning needs.
