The Daisy Foundation - Newark & Southwell

Been attending Daisy groups for my first baby since she was only weeks only to now, almost 18 months. Lottie absoloutely loves daisies and Katy & it is sad we will no longer be able to attend but it has been absoloutely amazing for her development and confidence with other babies, it's beautiful to see them grow and learn. When you sign up to Katy’s sessions at the baby barn it’s not just a class you are attending, it’s also an invitation to join a welcoming community of local women that can provide a wealth of knowledge and support. I have attended Katy’s antenatal, tinies and wrigglers classes and have thoroughly enjoyed them all, as have my children! The classes are very relaxed and encourage an open and supportive environment. Meeting up for tea and cake before or after class is actively encouraged meaning you have the opportunity to forge lovely friendships. The Whats app groups that run alongside the baby barn sessions cover everything from breast feeding support to advice on reusable nappies. I would encourage anyone thinking about Katy’s classes to give them a try!

When I think back to our first conversation about attending Daisy Birthing back in November 2020 I am so pleased to have joined your class! Since then you have provided me with knowledge and confidence to not only give birth to Jacob but becoming the Mummy I am today!You have personally been there for both Jacob and I during very challenging times we feel so upset this is our final Daisy class. Really can't recommend enough, Katy is absolutely brilliant and the Tinies sessions are so much fun - as good for mums as they are for the babies. We've met so many lovely mums and babies who we'll be staying in touch with and that is down to this group alone. We'll definitely be returning for Wrigglers :)

Me and my daughter love Daisy classes and Katy has been amazing through lockdown. Katy provides a lovely little community that is free from judgement and through which we have met some lovely friends. It's like no other classes we have been to, I cannot recommend enough!
