My phone was utterly damaged, and I urgently needed the SIM-card inside of it. Sadly, the tray was stuck because it was bent.After explaining our situation (we were freshly stuck in London, because of our Airline), the staff tore apart my broken phone and got the Sim-card out of it for free. AND they were super nice about it.If I was a local instead of a tourist, I know where I would go for phone related problems.

Umair and Manav were extremely extremely helpful and replaced my screen protector really quickly! Overall very good experience!

Umair has been most helpful and he approached the situation with a mindset of providing service to a fellow human being. The normal service period would’ve been 3 to 4 days but he recognised I was in trouble without my phone and took it upon himself to start work on it on the spot. I am grateful for him being the one I met at your store.

I pre-booked an appointment 1 week in advance for a Sunday at the Bond Street store for a same day battery replacement. When I arrived the assistant gave me several fake excuses as to why it could be done (his assistant was not there, his phone was broken so was not able to get the code from Samsung, he left his phone at home). He then said he could book it in for the next day 'as a favour to me'.Turned up the next day when the manager Faheem was there. He told me that no Samsung technicians was available at weekends so it could never have been done as a same day service anyway. I asked him why the appointment was made for the weekend and if it could not be repaired it should not allow the appointment to be made, which he did not want to listen to. I asked for a discount due to the above, and he told me I already had a discount which was not true. He was unhelpful and apathetic in his approach.

Had the battery on my iPhone8 changed here. Lovely people and fantastic service. They even made me aware of a special offer that saved me a few pounds. Would definitely recommend them.
