RKDoors were fantastic from the very start. Who knew there were so many options for a new build? They took us through the process for the doors and some amazing sliders with an open corner and all of the windows. Julie kept us informed and challenged our thoughts to ensure that decisions were properly considered. Jason and his team were superb!! I am building my dream home and I set my heart on a large glass pivot front door. RK Door Systems were the only supplier near me and I went and saw Julie and Graham. Couldn't help me enough! Kit and his team were absolutely first class when fitting and setting up the door for me on site and the overall result is stunning. We purchased a door from this company in 2016. They were very helpful at the time of purchase with allowing us to change the design slightly.The reason for leaving a review now is that I wanted to tell you about their customer service since purchase.It as been fantastic! We have had a couple of issues with wear and tear and needed a few parts. All the information was provided very swiftly as were the parts needed. We feel supported and are very pleased with our door which still looks lovely. Thank you RK door systems!

After numerous visit's back and forth to the showroom looking at different options and colours, nothing was too much trouble for Graham. He guided us through various options and colours to ensure we arrived at exactly what we were after. When the order was complete Tressy kept us fully up to date on possible dates for fitting and guided through the next process. On the day of installation Jason and the team arrived and provided a first class professional fit, Jason explaining the process from start to finish. Any slight issue and adjustment was dealth with swiftly and without any needed interaction on my part. When they had finished, they cleaned and left us with no evidence they had even been there. We now have a beautiful set of windows and front door. The quality is incredible. I highly recommend the RK doors team and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Absolutely love our new ‘Entre’ front door from RK Doors. From our first visit to the Truro showroom, Julie was really friendly and informative. The online Door Design tool is fantastic and enabled us to visualise all the different choices of configuration on our house, the options really are endless. Julie was so helpful in advising the best choices to enable us to get our door within budget. The door was fitted earlier than expected and Jason and his team were brilliant, they worked hard and fast and did such a tidy job. The door looks great and is superb quality.
