Tesla Brent Cross Collection Point

It’s a portacabin in a huge Tesla car park. Very basic.Essentially a click and collect service. You order online, finalise paperwork in the portacabin, and given the keys and told to go and find your new car, covered in dust and bird poo.Takes away all the excitement of getting a new car.

My experience at the Tesla Collection Point at Brent Cross was somewhat mixed, warranting a 3 star review.Firstly, the wait time was quite disappointing. Despite having a scheduled appointment at 3 o’clock, I had to wait for 50 minutes before I could collect my car. The initial check-in process seemed fine, but when it was finally my turn, the staff member informed me that I didn’t need to wait and could have located my car myself due to the online check-in. This miscommunication and the lengthy wait were frustrating.Moreover, I found the staff to be somewhat unhelpful when I had questions about the vehicle and its features. It appeared as though I was expected to figure things out on my own, which was not the level of customer service I had anticipated.In summary, the Brent Cross Tesla Collection Point has room for improvement, particularly in terms of communication, wait times, and staff assistance. While the experience wasn’t entirely negative, there are areas that could be enhanced to provide a more seamless and customer-focused service.

I love Tesla and the test centre outside was great, including the sales reps. Gareth was outstandingly helpful with the purchase of my Model 3. However this review is centred around the indoor showroom which was hosted by a guy sitting on a stool at the back. He didn't look up once from his phone the whole time we were in there. Just a smile or a nod would have been fine. The cars were locked anyway, so it would be less damaging to Tesla's reputation to lock up and leave the lights on for people to peer in.

Tesla centre was not the easiest to find. I was advised I can claim my travel expenses back from Tesla as I have leased the car , no email received , chased 6 times! With 6 different people saying they will send it to me.Poor customer service , the car is amazing but the service is shocking!

It's like visiting a toy shop with lots of exciting things to buy. Very good location next to the shopping centre. Easy access to transport and other amusement services. Staff are always on hand to assist and there's options to buy yourself a cool TESLA Model X. The wife /partner/girlfriend would love it.

Quite difficult to get to by foot. Definitely recommend improved pedestrian signage.Staff really helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Easy to find, easy to get in from shopping centre. Easy to collect the car and get out. It has some drinking options like coffee,tea,cold drinks. It was great and swift for a vehicle collection.

We went here to pick up our new Tesla. This place wasn't easy to find, especially as we had to travel by public transport. There was a queue of customers waiting to pick up their pre-ordered cars, so there was a long wait despite been given an appointment time. There was a further delay (even longer) as their finance team hadn't confirmed the final payment. The staff were very patient, friendly and helpful. Free refreshments were available as well as toilet facilities. Overall, it was still a positive experience due to the excitement of collecting a new car!
