Ice Skating At The Time Capsule

Ice rink had fecal matter atop. 10/10 couldn't ask for more. Gary (Garys Matresses) would approve!

2nd visit had another great time but it's time for a refurb of the water park looking very tired. Loved the ice rink. Staff in both the Easter park and I've rink were great and well organised.

Cannot call to book. No one answers. Not easy at all to book online. Finally got booked 3 to 4.30 only time its open. Only open earlier during Glasgow school holidays not west lothian school holidays. Got in. Cafe down in ice rink not open and upstairs doesn't open till 4! Sat till 4, went up got a coffee and told the lady the 3 girls would be up soon to get food. I got told only toasties are available, nothing else kn menu! I heard in the pool flumes were closed and river rapids not working. Im surprised the place is still open, its a joke.

Reason price, not crowded. locker charge separately.

me my partner and 2 kids went to the 4.00pm session , Not a bad ring but quite chaffed up so not very smooth to skate on ,but smoothed it over for hockey to play on after our session! Most rings I've been to smooth it after every session!!! Staff (1 of the young ones anyway, so rude !!! I got my phone out to take a photo of my kids and she started shouting saying she'd told me she told me loads of times to put my phone away ( total lie, never seen her before ! And no one had said anything to me, plus I'd only had my phone out for about 10 seconds!! All she had to say was please can u put Ur phone away in the ice, not come over and start shouting at me !!! Won't be going back !!! I don't like liars !!! If you want to enjoy your time don't go here !! There are other rings not far away that are much better !!

Was here for the fair that was suppose to take place today what a disaster not the place to be on a Sunday empty of public paid for a table and never sold a thing not one of us sold anything worse place to hold a fair. This was very poorly organised and was not advertised enough. NOT THE PLACE TO HOLD A FAIR .

The price is a rip off ..the skating should be cheaper 1 hour and 45 mins is not value for money and the food in the cafe is not fit for consumption. The only good thing I can say is 2 of the girls in the canteen were very nice ...

I where there yesterday for the 4 till 530pm session and my personal opinionbthe stuff very rude I think they need to go to training to learn how to be polite two members of public who are paid for the privilege to use your facility and that the ice was not smooth they want over when we was leaving as there was a ice hockey game going on afterwards they did not do it before we went on the ice as it was very taste up I will go back to see if they have improved there facilities

Staff were very nice and the place was clean, however other services weren't so great. The ice rink was very small and crowded, and there was only one session during the whole day. The rental skates I was given were very hard to tie, as the laces were too short.

Honestly worst place ever!! They never answer the phones, they lie and the ice is so bumpy prices are a rip of!!
