I rang to see if he had a USB lead that Know how said I had to have after wasting 30 mins on the phone trying to reset my printer. This chap sorted the problem in under 10 mins on the phone never having seen my printer or other devices. Would definitely highly recommend him.Terri

Doug saved us from having to buy two new laptops which was a really nice surprise. Both our old laptops run faster now than they did when they were new and all the data is now safe! Fantastic service from Doug. I had a problem with my printer. I emailed him for advice, he replied immediately recommending a simple solution to clean the rollers. He supplied me with links etc. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Doug to anyone needing any advice/ help.

I cannot rate Doug to highly. He responded to my computer problems quickly and is a fount of knowledge, taking the time to explain the problem and his proposal for recovery. My Toshiba is now faster than when new having had a solid state drive fitted. Why but new when you can call Doug
