I would highly recommend using Access Panels Direct for your panel needs.I always think the true test of a company is how they behave when something goes wrong. I ordered a custom loft access hatch from them and in first contact Zoe couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging dispatch so it would arrive when we were back from holiday. When the parcel did arrive the courier hadn’t taken notice of the fragile markings and had unfortunately damaged the panel significantly. When I got in contact and sent photos, Kate was extremely helpful in sorting the issue and immediately arranged for a new panel to be manufactured with no quibbling. I needed some bespoke curved wall mounted access hatches.I sent a sketch with dimensions and radii and the order was handled very professionally and due to the bespoke nature of the made to measure hatches there was lead time.I was give confirmation of their delivery and they arrived ahead of the lead time given.
