First class care from taxi pick up to drop off seven days later.Thank you Ward 4 East, the HDU, the surgical team, the nursing, physio care, ward staff, catering and porters.Caring, helpful, cheerful patient focused treatment. Plus the additional bonus of family able to stay next door at the hotel. Thank you seems inadequate when it comes to your health.

I was here recently for total knee replacement. You won't find a nicer, professional, caring and friendly team of staff. The care I received from my initial pre op, to admittance, surgery and aftercare was first class. I know you are encouraged to get up very soon after surgery, but I never felt at any time like I was being kicked out" to quickly. I actually was there an extra day just to make sure I was fine to go home. My partner was given a room in adjoining hotel as we live quite a distance away

My wife was in for a cataract operation and says the treatment by the surgeon and all of the staff was fantastic. Everyone was so caring and attentive. Almost looking forward to the next one!

Surgeons with a rather cavalier attitude and using statements like ( you'll die if you don't let us do this surgery ) God never promised any of us tomorrow. Some staff were ok and fairly helpful, sadly there was a great lack of overall communication which was incredibly unhelpful, experience was anything but pleasant.

Visited for my wife's gallbladder removal. First time using this hospital. I must say even though there is mass construction going on you wouldn't know.Every single member of staff we met was a delight.

I arrived at the hospital on the 5th October to have my large bowel removes and a stoma fitted. The care of the staff can not be faulted, each and every one did their best to make my stay as good as possible.I left the hospital on the 14th to head home feeling that I had been treated with the most heart felt dignity by the staff and doctors.Thank you all for what you have done for me.
