The Mat Sanctuary
I was living in London for a month, and I stumbled across the mat sanctuary on Google. I am so glad the universe brought me here, because Laura is truly magical. I felt right at home, and made new amazing friends for life. I also did a reiki session with Laura, that really helped me through my healing journey that I am currently on.I am so grateful for Laura, and the wonderful community through The Mat Sanctuary. I can’t wait to be back.

Walking into Laura’s studio is like taking a lovely relaxing deep breath! She has created a wonderfully serene atmosphere and I loved the personal touches like providing water and tea. Before my appointment I felt tense and achey but after I had my Thai massage I really felt so serene and dreamy afterwards. Feel good that I am supporting a local small business too. I’ll definitely be coming back! x

A yoga paradise hidden in leafy Streatham, Laura runs really insightful classes and the smaller group sizes mean lots of one-on-one tuition! So lucky to have Mat Sanctuary right on my doorstep!

I so look forward to these sessions at the Mat Sanctuary. Laura is a brilliant teacher and the venue is magical. We all need a bit of escapism from the world and I wouldn't trade this hour for anything. I always come away feeling so much better.

A little slice of heaven in south London. Really warm and welcoming atmosphere, intimate and cosy, feels really special. The natural light and organic feel is calming and grounding. Can’t recommend this space enough and love the holistic unique offerings such as sound baths and meditation alongside the ongoing yoga classes. ❤️

The mat sanctuary is my new haven. Everything about it is perfect ….. the space, the energy, the atmosphere but first and foremost, our wonderful host Laura. A visit to the Mat Sanctuary is a must! I highly recommend “The mat sanctuary”. Laura has created the most beautiful and magical space. She is so professional and warm in her manners and designs the classes specifically to the students needs. I can tell that she put her heart and soul into this spa like boutique yoga studio.
