Friendly warning : EFL Engineering Fabrication Ltd Bevan House, Penarth Rd, Cardiff CF11 8TW have aligned there values with new generation parking who have no compassion for disabled people suffering anywhere near there property for any reason I have received a fine for stopping out side there property after I became unwell, I didn’t park I didn’t get out the car I didn’t turn the engine off I just stopped as I was unwell with Crohns because I did this I now have a £100 fine I believe it is good for people to be aware of this in case anyone else ends up in a predicament like me
