Very professional and kept me informed on a regular basis in relation to my property which they were managing on my behalf due to the location of my apartment being in Essex.They are very honest and trustworthy and I had no problems with them managing my apartment (which I have now sold). Any work that needed to be done was conducted professionally with the agents overlooking and checking any work that was contracted at the property.Very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. If I ever buy a property for a future investment in Essex again. I will definitely get Charles Stratton to manage it again.

I have had my property on let with Charles Stratton for many years now. They have taken the stress off finding the right tenants and the overall maintenance of the property. If there is anything that goes wrong i.e repairs, they are able to resolve the issue straight away with the agencies they have. Waw! Charles Stratton - Nav, Darren and entire team are OUTSTANDING!!! I needed a 3 bed house rented...I instructed several high street estate agents to find me suitable tenants...None of them could...I wanted a good clean tenant a good job and with a guarantor... Only Nav at Charles stratton found me a great tenant!! I had to go on holiday so i trusted Nav with EVERYTHING!! He picked the tenant, interviewed her, told me about her whilst i was on holiday, he took references, did credit checks, got me a credible guarantor, he did the inventory, took 2 months in advance for me and provided me with an EXCELLENT A.S.T and he signed the A.S.T on my behalf...AND she has been with me for 6 years!!
