I am really happy with the service I have experienced recently. Charlotte and the team were fantastic, they really made me and my dog feel at ease and treat invidually, they worked with my dogs fears and owners concerns. They rung me to reassure my dog was settled which put my anxiety at ease. Would highly recommend these. Now I have finally found the dog groomers I've been looking for!

I have only been to Shampooch once, with a Yorkshire terrier puppy. I rang the business on the Friday, and the lady told me they were very busy, but would try to fit me in soon, as the pup only needed nails clipped and dew claws seeing too. Got the phone call the day after and asked to bring the pup in. Wonderful job and very reasonable. Would not think of going anywhere else. Mr W Holland.

Took my very nervous and scared cocker spaniel here yesterday after struggling to find a groomer where my dog didn't come back a shivering wreck. Dog came out wagging her tail and so much happier than previous experiences with groomers. Charlotte and staff were lovely and did a brilliant cut on my dog. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
