Took a machine polisher over to SRS as I couldn't find anybody else local to take a look and although they were very busy, they took a look while I waited, found the parts and turned around within a week. I would have been happy to wait longer given they advised they were busy and the only place of 4 that I had visited that offered to take a look, where elsewhere just said they couldn't do it as they hadn't heard of the manufacturer.Thank you.
