Premier Pro), without making us wait he dedicated enough time to make sure everything was just right. Contacted Mick after my Desktop PC started freezing and restarting randomly. Dropped it round to him and he looked at it the following day, rang me up, we had a chat and the day after i had it back in working order. Very quick and friendly service, very knowledgeable and always happy to have a chat on the phone with any questions i had. Highly reccomend to anyone.
