Am here 5 days aweek as its my place of work all tenant and staff are friendly

Brilliant workspace, enjoyed it

LS Lowry the artist used to live up the road from here, hence the name Lowry Mill. He was at 117 Station Road, Pendlebury where he lived for 40 years with his mother Elizabeth.Working as a rent collector, Lowry took art classes by night, tutored by French Impressionist, Adolphe Valette, then painted into the early hours of the morning at Station Road, when his mother fell asleep, to hone his craft. When she became bed-ridden, Lowry cared for his mother in that house. Depressed after the death of her husband, Elizabeth died in 1939, without seeing her son recognised for his ability.But it was in that five-bedroom rented property that the artist produced masterpieces. And yet anyone passing today could be forgiven for having no idea of the building's historical importance.

Nice office space. Could do with more veggie and vegan options in the ground floor restaurant. Plenty of parking

Our favorite place when traveling between cities, the employees are friendly and not too crowded.

Parked outside for a bit. Seems like a nice enough place to store things.

Great converted mill into offices. Ample parking with good restaurant on site. Great lounge area for meetings & also a gym.

Very clean and well run storage facility. Staff are helpful. As always with these places, they are quite pricey but these are a little better than the rest. Try and avoid going in peak traffic because it gets very busy on the roads in the area.
