Cannot recommend Kirsty & The New Parent Company Dorset enough. I have been attending her support group meet ups with my little boy since they started and she has been such a huge support for me through so many difficult developmental periods. She makes you feel completely comfortable to ask any question, big or small and is a true expert in her field. I wouldn’t hesitate to do any of her courses and will definitely be booking her hypnobirthing course when it’s time for baby number 2!

I would highly recommend pregnancy yoga with Kirsty who has already helped ease pregnancy aches and pains by providing a tailored approach and helpful tips for both at work and home. She creates a beautiful, calm space and has made me feel more empowered and confident in my pregnancy!

I have attended the twice monthly meet ups and the massage class with Kirsty in Dorset. The meet ups have been a great way to meet other new parents, who have shared experiences and useful top tips for parenthood and local activities. Kirsty has also been incredibly supportive. The massage class is a great way to relax your baby and Kirsty goes above and beyond to make the strokes easy to follow and the class has a lovely atmosphere.

Kirsty is fantastic, she's very knowledgeable and caring. As a first time mum she answers any new mummy worries and concerns and there is no judgement.She really takes an interest in you and your baby.My husband has done a tester massage course aswell, which he really enjoyed.Would highly recommend her courses.

I'm a resident of Queen's Park and I heard of the New Parent Company through fellow parents who had done some classes with them. My son and I did a Saturday baby massage class with another we both loved it!That class had it all: small class which made it feel personable, great support from Adeline teaching us the massage moves to release tensions with babies and making sure we applied them correctly, bounding with my son, and feeling part of a community of dads - we all went for a beer to the pub afterwards and are still in touch.

I would highly recommend Adeline and the New Parent Company. The baby massage course is excellent and I have been practicing at home. It helps when my son is congested or having tummy troubles. Adeline has a wealth of knowledge about babies and parenting and is also excellent at bringing new mums together through meet ups and online forums. A great option for mums in North West London

My daughter and I attended the ‘New Parent’ course with Kirsty and we really enjoyed it. It was a calming and safe space to discuss the early weeks of motherhood and learn some really helpful tips. My husband and daughter attended the dads massage class and they also had a lovely time. It gave him the confidence to have her on his own and get some bonding time with her. I would highly recommend. Thank you Kirsty! X

I recently attended Kirsty’s pregnancy yoga at Coffee & Play in Poole, as I’m expecting my first child. It was a supportive space to connect with other moms-to-be. The yoga was tailored perfectly for pregnancy. Highly recommended!

I did the new parent course and it was perfect for answering all the postpartum questions, antenatal is great but it's the postpartum where the questions really come. Kirsty is so knowledgeable (being a midwife and mum herself) and has created a lovely community of mums
